Some ancient opinions supported that woman in could participate in any opinion, uhereas other opinions that women were prevented from giving any opinion, since women weak and imperfect. The one who follows this and traces the vole of woman pre Islam can find some acceptable participation in presenting and giving her own opinion in some political and social affairs and in some tribal unrest. In Islam woman is honored the holy Quran and by prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him). Some religious men and oraters found in her a president to the stat or some positions like a judg,but this makes of trouble. This Study shows and Presents agene Val description and a natural analysis for the position of aman and women, depending on a huge number of verses in the holy Quran and some traelions, and the discovery of the new historians and the opinions of those historians for estimating and evaluating the mastery of man on woman. .
